Our client, a growing real estate investment and development company, is seeking a Corporate Paralegal for a 6–12 month temporary assignment. This role is ideal for a corporate paralegal with strong experience supporting commercial contracts, legal documentation, and day-to-day corporate legal operations. The Corporate Paralegal will work closely with the legal and business teams to manage agreements from initial review and negotiation through execution, while maintaining accurate corporate and contract records.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Review, draft, and redline MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, amendments, change orders, vendor agreements, and other commercial contracts
- Support attorneys with contract review, revisions, negotiations, and execution
- Coordinate contracts through internal legal and business approvals and electronic signature
- Communicate directly with vendors, contractors, business partners, internal stakeholders, and outside counsel regarding contract requirements and documentation
- Track contract status, renewals, amendments, expiration dates, and other key obligations
- Maintain organized and accurate corporate, contract, and legal files
- Manage contract data and documentation within internal databases and contract management systems
- Review vendor insurance certificates and other contractual compliance requirements
- Assist with corporate and real estate-related legal documentation and due diligence
- Coordinate signatures, approvals, correspondence, and supporting documentation
- Assist with contract close-out and ensure executed agreements and related documentation are properly maintained
- Prepare contract summaries, reports, and status updates for the legal and business teams
- Conduct legal research and assist attorneys with special projects as needed
- Provide general corporate legal and paralegal support to the legal department
What We’re Looking For:
- 2–5+ years of corporate paralegal experience
- Strong experience supporting commercial contracts and corporate legal matters
- Hands-on experience reviewing, drafting, and redlining agreements
- Experience managing contracts through review, approval, and execution
- Strong understanding of contract terminology and legal documentation
- Experience working with vendors, contractors, business partners, and/or outside counsel
- Excellent organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple contracts, projects, and deadlines simultaneously
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
- Experience with a contract lifecycle management (CLM) or document management system is a plus
- Experience in real estate, construction, development, architecture, engineering, or a related industry strongly preferred
- Bachelor’s degree and/or Paralegal Certificate preferred

Hours: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Duration: 6–12 Month Temporary Assignment
