You bring 5+ years of legal experience (in-house preferred), familiarity with FCC and state/local telecom rules, and a track record negotiating contracts, real estate/easements, and financing documents.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of legal experience, including in-house work.
• Experience with FCC and state/local telecom regulatory frameworks is a plus.
• Experience negotiating commercial contracts, real estate/easement agreements, and financing documents.
