Exiger is seeking a Junior Corporate Counsel in McLean, VA, with a focus on commercial contracts and lifecycle management. The role offers hybrid work and an opportunity for growth within the Legal Team as you develop expertise across diverse legal matters.

The ideal candidate has a JD, is admitted to the bar in at least one US jurisdiction, and 1–3 years of post‑J.D. experience in commercial law or contracts, preferably from a mid‑to‑large law firm.

Qualificações

• J.D. degree from an accredited law school and active bar membership in at least one US jurisdiction.
• 1–3 years of post‑J.D. legal experience in commercial law or contracts; law firm experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Review, draft, and negotiate commercial agreements including NDAs, SOWs, MSAs and other customer/vendor contracts.
• Assist senior attorneys with contract analysis, legal research, drafting, and recordkeeping.
• Manage contract workflows, approvals, deadlines, and documentation.
• Support corporate recordkeeping and file organization for company records.
