Boston Document Systems is seeking an In-house Copier Technician/Refurbishment Associate to service and refurbish copiers from our Marlborough warehouse. You will support field technicians and manage parts, tools, and equipment to ensure uptime and reliability.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and strong customer service and communication skills. It is a full-time on-site position with opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a high school diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license with a solid driving record and vehicle insurance.
• Reliable vehicle.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to adapt and work with a team and independently.

Responsabilités

• Manage and repair office equipment on site at our warehouse.
• Extend outstanding support by meeting technicians’ needs on time.
• Investigate and resolve advanced, high-level maintenance and repair issues.
• Manage accurate inventory of tools, parts, and supplies.
• Assemble machines as per specifications with hand and power tools and measuring devices.
• Run machines to test parts functionality.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and calibrations of office equipment.
• Troubleshoot equipment and identifying malfunctions as well as cause.
• Establish relationships with service technicians
