Boston Document Systems (BDS) in Marlborough, MA is seeking an entry-level Field Service/Setup/Installation Technician to join our team. You will provide excellent customer service and apply electromechanical skills to install and service copier/printer systems within a defined MA territory.

This role covers on-site and remote support, setup and calibration of equipment, troubleshooting issues, and building strong client relationships to ensure uptime and satisfaction across client sites.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a high school diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and insurance.
• Reliable vehicle and ability to travel within MA territory.

Responsabilités

• Setup, install, and repair office equipment on- and off-site at client locations.
• Provide on-site and remote customer service support and resolve issues.
• Manage inventory of tools, parts, and supplies.
• Advise customers on equipment operation and maintenance.
