Job summary

Westgate Lakes Resort & Spa in Orlando, FL is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to lead the housekeeping team and ensure guest satisfaction through high standards of cleanliness and service.

You will oversee staffing, training, and daily operations, while managing productivity and coordinating with guests and colleagues. This role requires leadership, reliability, and a focus on guest experience in a major resort environment.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of supervisory or management experience in housekeeping or facilities cleaning.
• Must be able to regularly lift, pull, push, and move up to 35 pounds.
• Must be able to use a mobile device.

• Supervise and motivate housekeeping team members, including staffing, training, discipline, scheduling, and monitoring performance to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Assign duties and review work for accuracy, neatness, and policy compliance.
• Complete assigned projects monthly and track progress.
• Supervise daily and weekly labor and manage departmental expenses.
• Communicate effectively with guests and employees, both verbally and in writing.
• Organize, conduct, or attend meetings to share and receive pertinent information.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Description
