Westgate Resorts in Kissimmee, FL is seeking a friendly Houseperson/Runner to support our housekeeping team and ensure guest rooms and public areas are clean, organized, and well-stocked.

The role involves delivering supplies, assisting with linen, greeting guests, walking the property daily, reporting maintenance, and maintaining an orderly work area; we value integrity, a strong work ethic, and excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to housekeepers by delivering supplies, removing trash, and cleaning common areas.
• Deliver requested items to guest units promptly and efficiently.
• Greet guests and respond to their requests in a friendly and helpful manner.
• Stock linen closets and other storage areas.
• Walk the property daily to ensure cleanliness and a welcoming environment.
• Report any maintenance issues to the housekeeping supervisor.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

The Houseperson/Runner is a critical member of the housekeeping team, responsible for providing support to housekeepers and ensuring that guest rooms and common areas are clean, organized, and well-stocked. The ideal candidate will be a hard worker with a positive attitude, excellent customer service skills, and attention to detail.

In this exciting role, you will:
