Zusammenfassung

Step Up Family Services seeks an Intensive In-Community (IIC) Therapist to deliver in-home and community-based therapeutic services to youth and families. You will work directly with children and adolescents to address behavioral health needs, strengthen functioning, and support progress toward individualized goals.

The clinician develops treatment plans, delivers clinically appropriate interventions, and completes required documentation while collaborating with families and the treatment team.

Qualifikationen

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field appropriate to the clinician's professional license.
• Experience providing behavioral health or therapeutic services preferred.
• Experience in community-based or in-home services preferred.
• Experience with youth and families affected by trauma, autism/developmental disabilities, or substance use is valued.
• Newly licensed clinicians are encouraged to apply.

Aufgaben

• Provide Intensive In-Community therapeutic services to youth and families in homes and communities.
• Conduct regularly scheduled sessions based on clinical needs and goals.
• Develop, implement, review, and maintain individualized Treatment Plans.
• Deliver interventions addressing behavioral, emotional, and family needs.
• Engage youth and families as active participants in treatment and progress toward goals.
• Monitor client progress and adjust approaches as needed.
• Collaborate with parents/caregivers and treatment team members.
