Job summary

Step Up Family Services is seeking an Intensive In-Community (IIC) Therapist to deliver in-home and community-based services for youth and families. Clinicians build treatment plans, conduct sessions, and collaborate with families to achieve goals.

Licensed clinicians (LSW/LAC/LCSW/LPC) are encouraged to apply. The role offers travel within Bergen County with flexible scheduling and support toward licensure.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field.
• Active New Jersey professional license (LSW/LAC/LCSW/LPC).
• Experience with community-based or in-home services preferred.
• Experience serving youth, families, and trauma-impacted populations preferred.
• Ability to work independently in community settings with a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide intensive in-home and community-based therapeutic services.
• Develop and maintain individualized treatment plans and goals.
• Deliver clinically appropriate interventions addressing behavioral and family needs.
• Collaborate with families and treatment teams and ensure timely documentation.
• Travel to clients within the agreed geographic service area.
