Job summary

Step Up Family Services LLC is seeking an Intensive In-Community (IIC) Therapist to deliver in-home and community-based therapeutic services to youth and families. Clinicians work toward individualized treatment goals and collaborate with families and the treatment team.

The role offers flexible caseload opportunities across Passaic County, with after-school/evening hours common and strong support from clinical leadership.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field.
• Active New Jersey professional license (LSW/LAC/LCSW/LPC) required or eligible.
• Experience with youth, families, and community-based services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide Intensive In-Community therapeutic services to youth and families.
• Conduct regularly scheduled sessions in home/community per treatment goals.
• Develop, implement, and review individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver interventions addressing behavioral, emotional, and family needs.
• Engage youth and families as active participants in treatment.
• Complete required documentation in a timely manner and coordinate with the treatment team.
