Job summary

Step Up Family Services LLC is hiring Intensive In-Community (IIC) Therapists to deliver in-home and community-based services for youth and families in New Jersey. Roles are flexible, with opportunities for part-time or full-time engagement and W-2 employment with per diem options.

Clinicians provide treatment plans, clinically appropriate interventions, and collaborate with families and the treatment team to support progress toward goals, while maintaining documentation and credentialing.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related behavioral health field.
• Active New Jersey professional license (LSW/LAC/LCSW/LPC).
• Experience providing behavioral health services with youth and families preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide Intensive In-Community therapeutic services to youth and families in homes and communities.
• Develop, review, and maintain individualized treatment plans and goals.
• Deliver evidence-based interventions addressing behavioral, emotional, and family needs.
• Complete required clinical documentation accurately and timely.
• Travel to assigned client homes and community locations within the service area.
• Collaborate with parents/caregivers and treatment team to ensure continuity of care.
