Job summary

Step Up Family Services seeks an Intensive In-Community Therapist to deliver in-home and community-based behavioral health services to youth and families in New Jersey. Licensed or newly licensed clinicians (LSW, LAC, LCSW, or LPC) are encouraged to apply and will work under Clinical Leadership with flexible scheduling and caseload options.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related behavioral health field.
• Experience with children, adolescents and families preferred.
• Experience in home or community-based services preferred.
• Eligible for NJ LSW/LAC/LCSW or LPC licensure encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Provide Intensive In-Community therapeutic services to youth and families in homes and communities.
• Conduct regularly scheduled therapeutic sessions based on clinical needs and goals.
• Develop, implement, review, and maintain individualized Treatment Plans.
• Deliver interventions addressing behavioral, emotional, and family needs.
• Engage youth and families as active participants in treatment and progress toward goals.
• Monitor client progress and adjust approaches as needed.
• Collaborate with parents/caregivers and treatment team for continuity of care.
• Complete required clinical documentation accurately and timely.
• Maintain professional communication regarding scheduling and service delivery.
• Participate in supervision, training, and team collaboration.
