Qualifications

• Must have college degree with one year of experience OR a HS diploma/GED with minimum three years supervised experience implementing positive behavior support plans and teaching ADL/Instrumental skills to individuals with IDD.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for working with children, families and professionals.
• Ability to work independently while following established protocols and guidelines.
