Budget Blinds is seeking a Sales Design Consultant to conduct in-home consultations, offer expert design advice, and guide customers through measuring, selecting, and ordering window coverings. The role includes communicating with installers and managing follow-ups, with a focus on delivering excellent service.

A proven sales track record, strong math and communication skills, and a willingness to learn are valued. Training is provided and compensation includes competitive income and benefits.

Qualifications

• 2 years of sales experience preferred.
• Excellent written correspondence skills.
• Strong math skills for measurements and proposals.
• Experience with window coverings is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Complete 2–3 in-home consultations daily.
• Provide design advice and exceptional customer service.
• Measure windows accurately and place orders.
• Coordinate with installers and document sales communications.
• Respond to emails/phone calls promptly and follow up on leads.
