Job summary

Associated Materials Innovations is seeking a Field Service Technician to service window warranty inquiries and support customers in the market. The role interfaces with Alside Supply Centers and the manufacturing plant to drive quality improvements.

You will travel regionally to customer locations, perform in-home assessments, and deliver training materials and seminars as needed, ensuring safe installation practices and high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience with residential windows and siding, including product knowledge, installation, service, or customer support.
• Self-starter with strong organizational skills and a commitment to exceeding customer and company expectations.
• Represents the company with professionalism and a strong customer-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent in-home window service experience with improved turnaround time and first time resolution.
• Evaluate product concerns against specifications and warranty coverage.
• Provide feedback to Product Engineering and Quality through data-driven analysis.
• Visit customer locations regularly for in-home diagnosis and remediation.
• Assess window installations for proper operation, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction.
• Report findings clearly and fact-based to improve service.
• Support problem solving for customers and share remediation techniques.
• Perform functionality tests and provide technical support.
• Lead window installation seminars and train others in the process.
