Windows USA is seeking an experienced Outside Sales Employee to join their dynamic sales team. This role operates on a commission-only pay structure and is designed for strong closers excelling in in-home sales presentations. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing their sales pipeline and delivering a high-quality customer experience. They will conduct product demonstrations and provide custom quotes while traveling to residential appointments throughout the assigned market.

The position offers uncapped earning potential, with top performers historically earning $150,000 to $300,000 annually. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, home improvement preferred.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and proof of insurance.
• Willingness to travel within assigned market, typically within a 90-mile radius.

Responsibilities

• Travel to pre-set and self-generated residential sales appointments.
• Conduct in-home consultations and product demonstrations.
• Present and sell Windows USA products using approved pricing, tools, and materials.

Skills

Prior outside, commission-based sales experience
