Job summary

Window Nation is hiring Outside Sales Representatives to conduct in-home presentations across the Greater Hartford region. You will showcase our energy-efficient window solutions, tailor proposals, and guide customers from first meeting through post-sale follow-up.

This role offers a flexible, customer-facing schedule with no cold calling, pre-set appointments, and substantial earning potential through commission. Ideal candidates have 1+ year sales experience and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer-facing sales experience.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance.
• Flexible schedule including evenings/weekends.
• Ability to travel up to 80+ miles round trip (driving).

Responsibilities

• Present products with professionalism at customers' homes.
• Listen to needs and tailor solutions.
• Build relationships that lead to sales and repeat business.
• Document interactions and guide financing steps.
