Job summary

Windows USA is seeking experienced Outside Sales Employees to assist with in-home consultations and product demonstrations. This role offers a commission-only pay structure with uncapped earning potential, where top performers can earn between $150,000 to $300,000 or more annually.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, home improvement preferred.
• Ability to maintain a field-based schedule of 15 or more weekly appointments.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and proof of insurance.

Responsibilities

• Travel to pre-set and self-generated residential sales appointments.
• Conduct in-home consultations and product demonstrations.
• Perform accurate measurements and complete all required sales documentation.
