Job summary

Window Nation in the Hartford metro area is seeking an energetic Outside Sales Representative to deliver in-home presentations and close deals on our premium window replacement solutions. You’ll live the brand by presenting confidently, listening to homeowner needs, and guiding them from first meeting to post-sale follow-up.

We offer a ramped compensation plan with commissions and base training pay initially, followed by uncapped earnings.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year of customer-facing sales experience.
• 1+ year in outside, commissioned, or in-home sales.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Comfortable using iPad-based applications.
• Proven ability to exceed performance targets.

Responsibilities

• Present products with professionalism and integrity.
• Listen to customer needs and recommend tailored solutions.
• Build relationships that lead to sales and repeat business.
• Deliver engaging in-home presentations and written estimates.
• Maintain CRM records and guide customers through financing and next steps.
• Travel to customer homes as required; up to 80+ miles one way.
