Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an in-home sales professional in Connecticut to present home improvement products, including window replacement, and guide customers from first contact to after-sale follow-up. You will travel to customer homes, often over long distances, and deliver compelling presentations while maintaining meticulous CRM records.

The role requires evenings/weekends availability and a proven ability to exceed targets, with financing guidance and documentation responsibilities.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer-facing sales experience.
• Experience presenting products in-home is a plus.
• Ability to exceed sales targets and handle financing guidance.

Responsibilities

• Present industry-leading home improvement products professionally and with integrity.
• Actively listen to customer needs and recommend tailored solutions.
• Build relationships that lead to sales and repeat business.
• Deliver an exceptional experience from first meeting through post-sale follow-up.
• Conduct in-home sales presentations of window replacement and other home improvement products and services.
• Travel to customer homes, potentially driving 80+ miles one way.
• Deliver engaging presentations, provide written estimates, and complete documentation.
• Maintain accurate CRM records.
• Guide customers through financing and next steps.
• Work evenings and weekends according to customer availability.
• Work 5–6 days per week, including one or both weekend days depending on season and business needs.
