Job summary

Windows USA is looking for experienced Outside Sales Employees who excel in in-home sales presentations and consultative home improvement sales. This commission-only position allows you to earn based on performance, with top performers making upwards of $150,000 to $300,000 annually.

The successful candidate will manage sales pipelines effectively while delivering top-notch customer service. A valid driver's license and a field-based schedule of 15 or more weekly appointments are required.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in home improvement sales preferred.
• Ability to maintain a field-based schedule of 15 or more weekly appointments.
• Must possess valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Travel to pre-set and self-generated residential sales appointments.
• Conduct in-home consultations and product demonstrations.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams to support a seamless customer experience.

Skills

Prior outside, commission-based sales experience

Strong closing skills in a consultative, in-home environment

Professional demeanor with a customer-first mindset

Ability to work evenings and weekends

Self-motivated, disciplined, and accountable

Comfortable using technology, including iPads and CRM platforms

Education

Minimum of 2 years of sales experience
