Esler Companies is hiring full-time Sales Consultants for Renewal by Andersen, offering uncapped earning potential with a commission-based plan. You will meet homeowners, conduct in-home consultations, demonstrate products, and tailor solutions to their needs.

You will work with pre-qualified leads, receive paid training, coaching, and a ramp-up period, with opportunities for an annual all-expenses-paid trip for top performers. Must be able to work evenings/weekends.

Formación

• 2+ years of sales experience.
• Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated and goal-driven.
• Comfortable using modern sales tools.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license.
• Ability to meet customers during evenings and weekends.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct in-home consultations and product demonstrations for prospective customers.
• Help homeowners identify the best window and door solutions for their needs.
• Guide customers through the sales process from initial consultation through installation.
• Partner with Installation Managers to ensure accurate project measurements using video technology.
• Generate referrals and build long-term customer relationships.
• Deliver a professional and customer-focused experience during every interaction.
