Esler Companies | Renewal by Andersen is hiring full-time Sales Consultants for a Commission-based role with earning potential of $150,000 to $350,000 annually. You will meet homeowners, perform in-home consultations and product demonstrations, and guide customers from the initial meeting to installation.

We provide paid training, a ramp-up period, pre-qualified leads, ongoing coaching, and a flexible schedule. Top performers may earn an all-expenses-paid company trip each year.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of sales experience.
• Confident communicator with presentation and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work toward performance goals.
• Tech savvy and comfortable using modern tools.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license.
• Flexibility to meet customers during evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home consultations and product demonstrations for prospective customers.
• Help homeowners identify the best window and door solutions for their needs.
• Guide customers through the sales process from initial consultation through installation.
• Partner with Installation Managers to ensure accurate project measurements using video technology.
• Generate referrals and build long-term customer relationships.
• Deliver a professional and customer-focused experience during every interaction.
