You will meet homeowners in their homes to discuss premium window and door solutions, using pre-qualified leads and a supportive coaching environment.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of sales experience.
• Excellent presentation and negotiation abilities.
• Self-motivated with goal orientation.
• Comfortable using modern tools to support workflow.
• Willing to work evenings and weekends.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home consultations and product demonstrations.
• Help homeowners identify the best window and door solutions for their needs.
• Guide customers through the sales process from initial consultation through installation.
• Coordinate with Installation Managers to ensure accurate project measurements using video technology.
• Generate referrals and build long-term customer relationships.
• Deliver a professional and customer-focused experience during every interaction.
