Job summary

Esler Companies, the Renewal by Andersen division, is seeking Sales Consultants for in-home consultations and product demonstrations. You will help homeowners find optimal window and door solutions, guiding them from initial contact to installation with support from the team.

A fully commission-based plan drives earnings with paid training and a ramp-up period. Top performers enjoy an all-expenses-paid company trip and ongoing coaching while meeting homeowners in a fast-paced, home-based sales

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of sales experience or equivalent track record.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Comfortable negotiating and handling objections.
• Proficient with modern tools to support workflow.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home consultations and product demonstrations.
• Help homeowners identify best window/door solutions.
• Guide customers through the sales process from first contact to installation.
• Collaborate with Install Managers to ensure accurate measurements via video tech.
• Generate referrals and build long-term customer relationships.
• Deliver a professional, customer-focused experience at every interaction.
