Job summary

Northeast Family Services is seeking an In-Home Therapist (IHT) in Massachusetts to join our growing clinical team. You will provide in-home therapy to children, youth and families, building care plans with caregivers and coordinating services.

Newly licensed clinicians can join with supervision for independent licensure. Bilingual opportunities are available, with competitive hourly compensation ranging from $50 to $70 per hour and a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required in counseling, psychology, social work, or related CBHI approved degree program.
• Minimum 1 year of experience with children, youth and families in home/community settings preferred.
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S.; visa sponsorship is not available.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle required.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based in-home therapy to children, youth and families.
• Collaborate with caregivers to implement treatment plans and monitor progress.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant documentation and timely progress notes.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in counseling, psychology, social work, special education or related CBHI approved degree program
• Minimum 1 year of experience working with children, youth and families in a home or community setting highly desirable
• Experience working with children diagnosed with behavioral-emotional disorders preferred
• Experience with working with children on the autism spectrum desirable
• Valid driver’s license with reliable and consistent access to a vehicle

Compensation

• Fee-for-Service: $50 to $70 per hour
