IHBS roles provide home-based therapy to youth, with supervision for independent licensure and opportunities to expand skills. This position emphasizes structured, strength-based interventions in clients’ homes and caregiver support to improve communication

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in counseling, psychology, social work, special education or related CBHI approved degree program.
• Minimum 1 year of experience working with children, youth and families in a home or community setting.
• Experience with children diagnosed with behavioral-emotional disorders or autism spectrum desirable.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable access to a vehicle.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. Visa sponsorship cannot be provided at this time.
• Access to a laptop/CPS and high-speed secure internet, and a phone for FFS positions.
• High-speed internet access required for full-time positions.

• Provide structured, strength-based therapeutic interventions in a client’s home to address youth behavioral needs.

The In Home Behavioral Therapist (IHBS) will provide structured, consistent, strength-based therapeutic interventions in a client’s home for the purpose of treating a youth’s behavioral needs. IHBS Therapists support caregivers to better understand their children's needs by exploring patterns of behavior and improving communication.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in counseling, psychology, social work, special education or related CBHI approved degree program
• Minimum 1 year of experience working with children, youth and families in a home or community setting highly desirable
• Experience working with children diagnosed with behavioral-emotional disorders preferred
• Experience with working with children on the autism spectrum desirable
• Valid driver’s license with reliable and consistent access to a vehicle

Compensation

• Fee-for-Service: $50 to $70 per hour
