Job summary

Northeast Family Services seeks licensed and pre-licensed clinicians to join our growing Massachusetts team as In-Home Therapists (IHT). You will deliver structured, strength-based therapy in clients’ homes to support youths with behavioral needs.

We offer options for full-time or fee-for-service hours, competitive compensation, and supervision to assist licensure. Summer schedules and enriching benefits accompany this role.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required in counseling, psychology, social work, special education or related CBHI approved degree program.
• Minimum 1 year of experience with children, youth and families in home or community settings preferred.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.; visa sponsorship not available at this time.

• Provide structured, strength-based therapeutic interventions in clients' homes to treat youths' behavioral needs.

We close at 12:30pm every Friday from Memorial Day through Labor Day — giving our team more time to relax, recharge, and enjoy the summer sunshine!

Qualifications

• Master's degree in counseling, psychology, social work, special education or related CBHI approved degree program
• Minimum 1 year of experience working with children, youth and families in a home or community setting highly desirable
• Experience working with children diagnosed with behavioral-emotional disorders preferred
• Experience with working with children on the autism spectrum desirable
• Valid driver’s license with reliable and consistent access to a vehicle
• Access to secured high speed internet required.

Compensation

• Full-time Salary: $64,000 - $72,000 Incentive Rate $60 / hour over productivity!
• Fee for Service Rate: $50 - $70 / hour
