Job summary

Orkin is seeking a driven Termite Sales Inspector in Albuquerque to protect homes with proven pest solutions. You’ll leverage an iconic brand, award-winning training, and a generous compensation plan that pays with performance.

Expect opportunities to grow into leadership roles while earning a first-year range between $60,000 and $100,000. Responsibilities include conducting 360 termite inspections, recommending treatments, and building trust with homeowners.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• No Experience Required!
• Valid driver’s license required
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license/certification if required (company paid)
• Ability to work in the field independently and interact with our great clients

Responsibilities

• Understand termite protection services and recommend solutions to customers.
• Perform 360 inspections from attics to crawlspaces and other areas.
• Listen to needs and clearly explain practical solutions to win customer trust.
• Schedule sales appointments and meet with potential customers at their homes.
• Use iPad to prepare sales agreements and stay organized; training provided.
