Orkin is hiring a Termite Sales Inspector in Albuquerque to protect homes through thorough inspections and strategic product recommendations. You will engage homeowners, explain solutions, and build trusted relationships while working with a supportive team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• No industry experience required.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license/certification (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently and interact with clients.

Responsibilities

• Understand Orkin's termite protection services and how to make strategic recommendations to customers.
• Perform 360 inspections from attics to crawlspaces and everything in between to solve problems and protect homes.
• Listen to customer needs and clearly explain practical solutions to win trust and provide peace of mind.
• Prospect and follow up on new business and assigned leads with a strong advertising budget for leads.
• Schedule sales appointments and meet with customers in their homes to explain products and services.
• Inspect the interior and exterior of customers' homes and address questions while setting expectations.
• Use the iPad to prepare sales agreements and stay organized, with training provided.
