Job summary

Orkin is hiring a Termite Sales Inspector to protect homes with professional termite services from a trusted brand. You will perform 360 inspections, explain solutions, and build trusted relationships with homeowners, aiming to maximize revenue through strategic sales opportunities.

You’ll work with a team that emphasizes safety, integrity, and customer-centric service and will receive comprehensive training to succeed in a recession-resistant industry.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• No Experience Required!
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license/certification if required (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently and interact with our great clients

Responsibilities

• Understand Orkin’s termite protection services and how to make strategic recommendations to customers.
• Perform 360 inspections from attics to crawlspaces and everything in between to solve problems and build trusted relationships.
• Listen to needs and clearly explain practical solutions to win over customers with confidence and care.
• Prioritize safety in all responsibilities.
• Demonstrate utmost professionalism and integrity with customers and coworkers.
• Serve as an empathetic problem solver using training to recommend the best innovative pest solution.
• Achieve goals through prospecting new business and assigned leads with robust advertising leads.
• Schedule sales appointments and meet potential customers in their homes to explain Orkin’s products and services.
• Inspect interior and exterior of the customer’s home.
• Make recommendations based on inspection, explaining the process and setting expectations.
• Use the iPad to prepare sales agreements and stay organized; training provided.
