Orkin is recruiting a Termite Sales Inspector in Arizona. You will conduct thorough home inspections from attic to crawlspace, propose protection options, and build trust with homeowners. You will leverage a strong Orkin brand and training to achieve growth while working in homeowners’ homes and on a regional route.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• No Experience Required!
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license/certification if required (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently and interact with our great clients.

Responsibilities

• Perform 360 inspections from attics to crawlspaces to understand termite protection needs.
• Make strategic recommendations and win trust with customers.
• Schedule sales appointments and meet with homeowners to explain Orkin’s products.
• Use provided iPad to prepare sales agreements and stay organized.
• Maintain safety and professionalism in all customer interactions.
