Job summary

AT&T Mobility Services is seeking Field Sales Representatives to deliver personalized, white-glove sales experiences in customers' homes. Earn a base salary with uncapped commission potential, with top earners reaching up to $100,000 per year.

You'll work a flexible schedule, engage warm prospects, and close deals via in-home demos, Wi-Fi assessments, and tech delivery. Training and ongoing support are provided.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of commission sales and outside sales experience highly preferred.
• Demonstrated success in commission sales and achieving sales targets.
• Proficient in upselling techniques that enhance customer value and satisfaction.
• Strong verbal communication skills with an ability to build rapport quickly.
• Maintain a valid driver’s license.
• Work a varied schedule designed to meet customers on their timeline.
• Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a background check, including drug screening, criminal history, and motor vehicle record.
