Job summary

AT&T is seeking Field Sales Representatives to bring customized, white-glove experiences directly in customers' homes. You will visit scheduled appointments, demonstrate products, assess Wi‑Fi needs and close deals while earning uncapped commissions.

New reps earn $60,300 to $100,000 with top performers reaching the higher end. Training is provided and a company vehicle supports official business use.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of commission sales and outside sales experience highly preferred.
• Demonstrated success in commission sales and achieving sales targets.
• Proficient in upselling techniques that enhance customer value and satisfaction.
• Strong verbal communication skills with an ability to build rapport quickly.
• Maintain a valid driver's license - company vehicle provided for official use only.
• Willingness to work a varied schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Background check including drug screening and motor vehicle record required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized sales interactions at scheduled appointments in the field.
• Close deals by offering hands-on demos, Wi-Fi assessments, tech delivery and issue resolutions.
• Engage with warm prospects provided through scheduled appointments and referrals.
