Job summary

AT&T is seeking Field Sales Representatives to deliver customized, white-glove experiences in customers’ homes. Earn uncapped commissions with top earners reaching $100,000. New reps earn $61,800 to $100,000, depending on geography, experience and training.

You will engage warm prospects through scheduled appointments, close deals with demos and keep customers connected. Paid training and ongoing learning help you succeed, with a company vehicle provided for official use.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of commission sales and outside sales experience highly preferred.
• Demonstrated success in commission sales and achieving sales targets.
• Proficient in upselling techniques that enhance customer value and satisfaction.
• Strong verbal communication skills with an ability to build rapport quickly.
• Maintain a valid driver’s license and be ready to drive; company vehicle provided for official use.

Responsibilities

• Connect with existing customers daily through scheduled appointments.
• Close deals by offering hands-on demos, Wi‑Fi assessments and tech delivery/resolutions.
