AT&T is seeking Field Sales Representatives to deliver personalized in-home sales experiences, driving technology adoption and services with uncapped commissions. The role includes paid training and opportunities to earn $100,000 or more for top performers.

New reps earn $62,900 to $100,000, with starting pay depending on geography, experience, and training. You will connect with customers through scheduled appointments and use demonstrations and tech delivery to close sales.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of commission sales and outside sales experience preferred.
• Demonstrated success in commission sales and achieving targets.
• Proficient in upselling techniques to enhance value.
• Strong verbal communication skills to build rapport quickly.
• Maintain a valid driver’s license and be prepared to drive (company vehicle for business use).

Responsibilities

• Sell in-home via scheduled appointments and demos.
• Close deals with hands-on demonstrations and tech delivery.
• Provide Wi-Fi assessments and issue resolutions to keep customers connected.
