Job summary

AT&T is seeking Field Sales Representatives to deliver customized, white-glove experiences at customers’ homes. Earn with uncapped commissions and a real opportunity to reach six figures based on performance and geography.

Starting pay ranges from 61,600 to 100,000, depending on location and training. Expect evenings, weekends, and holidays with a company vehicle for official use and ongoing training to stay tech‑savvy.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of commission sales and outside sales experience highly preferred.
• Demonstrated success in commission sales and achieving sales targets.
• Proficient in upselling techniques that enhance customer value and satisfaction.
• Strong verbal communication skills with an ability to build rapport quickly.
• Maintain a valid driver’s license—company vehicle provided for official business use.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized sales interactions at scheduled appointments in the field.
• Close deals by offering hands-on demos, Wi‑Fi assessments, tech delivery and issue resolutions.
• Connect with customers daily and engage warm prospects effectively.
• Use negotiation and communication skills to meet and exceed sales targets.
