Job summary

AT&T is seeking Field Sales Representatives to deliver personalized, white-glove experiences at customers’ homes. Earn uncapped commissions with top performers making up to $100,000 annually, including base salary.

Training and coaching will prepare you to thrive in the field with scheduled appointments and hands-on demos. Responsibilities include connecting with customers daily, conducting Wi-Fi assessments, and closing sales.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of commission sales and outside sales experience highly preferred.
• Demonstrated success in commission sales and achieving sales targets.
• Proficient in upselling techniques that enhance customer value and satisfaction.
• Strong verbal communication skills with an ability to build rapport quickly.

Responsibilities

• You’ll connect with our existing customers daily and engage warm prospects with scheduled appointments.
• You’ll close the deal by offering hands-on demos, Wi‑Fi assessments, tech delivery and issue resolutions.
• You’ll use negotiation and communication skills to make sales and build customer relationships.
• Work a varied schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays; travel may be required.
