Job summary

Best Buy is seeking an In-Home Installation Technician to deliver, install, integrate and troubleshoot home electronics in customers' homes in the Kissimmee area. You will tailor solutions based on conversations with customers and collaborate with Geek Squad Agents and partners to meet company goals.

You’ll handle two-person jobs, manage inventory, and follow safety guidelines while providing exceptional service and education on products and services.

Qualifications

• 6 months of consumer electronics delivery, installation, integration and troubleshooting experience.
• 6 months of customer service experience.
• Must be at least 21 years old and have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Provide a seamless customer experience by advising and fulfilling on lifestyle recommendations regarding products and services.
• Fulfill on delivery, installation, integration, networking and troubleshooting of consumer electronics devices.
• Lead two-person jobs and perform other work alone as needed.
• Manage inventory, vehicle maintenance, paperwork and payment, provide feedback and training opportunities, and follow safety guidelines.
