Job summary

AT&T is seeking Field Sales Representatives to deliver customized, white-glove experiences in customers' homes. You will connect with warm prospects, schedule appointments, and leverage uncapped commission potential to achieve sales goals.

You’ll start with paid training and ongoing coaching, and a company vehicle is provided. Duties include meeting customers on their schedule, including evenings and weekends, and driving to multiple South Carolina locations.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of commission sales and outside sales experience highly preferred.
• Demonstrated success in commission sales and achieving sales targets.
• Proficient in upselling techniques that enhance customer value and satisfaction.
• Strong verbal communication skills with an ability to build rapport quickly.

Responsibilities

• Start with paid training and coaching to prepare for field work.
• Connect with existing customers daily and engage warm prospects.
• Use negotiation and communication skills to close sales.
• Maintain a valid driver's license and drive a company vehicle for business.
