Job summary

AT&T is seeking Field Sales Representatives to deliver customized, white-glove experiences directly in customers' homes and drive uncapped commission sales.

Top earners can reach six figures with a base range of $60,300 to $100,000, depending on geography, experience, and training. You will engage customers in Morganton, NC, and surrounding areas, closing deals through hands-on demos and solutions.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of commission-based sales experience, outside sales preferred.
• Proven success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to upsell and demonstrate value to customers.
• Excellent verbal communication and rapport-building skills.
• Active driver's license and willingness to drive as part of field work.
• Background check and drug screening required.

Responsibilities

• Attend paid training and ongoing coaching to work independently in the field.
• Engage with customers daily through scheduled appointments and demos.
