Job summary

Vinfen seeks In-Home Support Staff to provide direct case management and training for individuals in the Agency with Choice model. You will supervise, support daily living activities, and assist with community integration under family/guardian oversight.

The role requires strong advocacy, teaching, and collaboration with Vinfen supervisors and families, including documentation and adherence to program plans.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of advocacy techniques and empowerment strategies.
• Ability to work independently and as part of an interdisciplinary team.
• Experience with crisis intervention and teaching daily living skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide training to persons served in daily living activities and monitor progress.
• Assist residents in community integration and use of transportation.
• Maintain records and report changes to supervisor and Family/Guardian.
• Provide direct support, advocacy, and modeling to develop skills.
• Attend trainings and follow established policies and procedures.
