Join our team as a caregiver and you will offer one-on-one support, teach adaptive skills, assist with meals and light housekeeping, and help clients participate in community activities.

We offer a flexible schedule (FT/PT/on-call), competitive pay, mileage reimbursement and ongoing training to help you grow.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in homecare or direct care with individuals with disabilities, seniors or dementia is a plus.
• A passion to help others.
• Superior interpersonal skills.
• Effective communication skills.
• Unwavering patience.
• Willing to travel.
• Must have a valid MN Driver License and be insured.
• Must pass a background check and DHS fingerprinting.
