Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in homecare or direct care with individuals with disabilities, seniors, or dementia is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals in maintaining their independence through one-on-one care.
• Teaching adaptive skills.

• Facilitate community participation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience – homecare, direct care position, working w/ individuals w/ disabilities, seniors, dementia, etc– A Plus!
• A passion to help others

• Effective communication skills
• Unwavering patience
• Willing to travelValid MN Driver License and Insured Driver
• Must pass a background check & comfortable with DHS fingerprinting
