Job summary

Minnesota Lifestyle Solutions is seeking dedicated caregivers to work one-on-one with clients, supporting independence and daily wellness. The role involves companionship, teaching adaptive skills, meal prep, light housekeeping, and community participation to enhance wellbeing.

Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma or equivalent and a passion for helping others. Willingness to travel and pass background checks with DHS fingerprinting are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in homecare, direct care with individuals with disabilities, seniors, or dementia is a plus.
• Must pass a background check and DHS fingerprinting.
• Willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals in maintaining their independence through one-on-one care.
• Teach adaptive skills and support wellness activities.
• Facilitate community participation and prepare meals and snacks.
• Provide light housekeeping and companionship.
• Update team leads and case managers.
