Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma or equivalent, strong interpersonal skills, and a genuine desire to help others. Travel readiness and a clean background are expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience - homecare, direct care position, working w/ individuals w/ disabilities, seniors, dementia, etc - A Plus!
• A passion to help others
• Superior interpersonal skills
• Effective communication skills
• Unwavering patience
• Willing to travel
• Valid MN Driver License and Insured Driver
• Must pass a background check & comfortable with DHS fingerprinting
