Job summary

Minnesota Lifestyle Solutions is seeking dedicated caregivers to provide compassionate, one-on-one home care in the Saint Cloud area. You will support clients in maintaining independence, assist with daily activities, and promote wellness within a respectful, caring team environment.

This role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid MN driver license, and willingness to travel. Background check and DHS fingerprinting are required. Competitive pay and flexible scheduling available.

Qualifications

• Experience in homecare or direct care positions is a plus.
• Passion to help others is essential.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills required.
• Willingness to travel and valid MN driver license needed.
• Background check and DHS fingerprinting clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals in maintaining their independence through one-on-one care.
• Teach adaptive skills to clients.
• Support wellness activities and healthy living.
• Facilitate community participation and engagement.
• Prepare meals and snacks.
• Light housekeeping and domestic tasks.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Update team leads and case managers with progress.
