Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered license to practice speech pathology in the state assigned to work in
• CCC-SLP with coursework and a clinical practicum accredited by CAA
• Current CPR certification

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home evaluation and treatment for speech, language, cognition, voice and swallowing disorders in adults
• Collaborate with patients, families, caregivers and interdisciplinary team to improve communication, safety and quality of life
• Deliver per diem services and participate in care planning and documentation
