Job summary

BrightStar Care of Concord, Lexington & Woburn is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to deliver in-home therapy across ages. This is a Per-Diem, flexible hours role with the opportunity to support patients recovering from illness, injury, or developmental delays by improving communication and safe swallowing.

Applicants should hold a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology and an active MA license; CCC-SLP is preferred.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Active Massachusetts license as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
• 1+ years of experience (home health preferred).
• CCC-SLP from ASHA (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home speech and language therapy.
• Create personalized care plans based on evaluations.
• Treat speech, voice, cognitive, and swallowing disorders.
• Document progress in our secure EMR system.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Educate families on exercises and strategies for success.
