Job summary

BrightStar Care of Concord, Lexington & Woburn seeks a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist to deliver in-home therapy to clients of all ages. This is a Per-Diem, flexible hours role, supporting patients recovering from illness, injury, or developmental delays by helping them regain communication and swallowing safely.

You will assess, create personalized care plans based on evaluations, document progress in our secure EMR system, and collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary

Qualifications

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
Massachusetts license as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
CCC-SLP from ASHA preferred.
1+ years home health experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide in-home speech and language therapy.
Create personalized care plans based on evaluations.
Treat speech, voice, cognitive, and swallowing disorders.
Document progress in our secure EMR system.
Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members.
Educate families on exercises and strategies for success.
